HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

ARTEFACT NYC WILL ACCEPT, FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE, ITEMS THAT ARE IN NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, UNALTERED AND FREE OF DAMAGES BY THE CUSTOMER AS LONG AS THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS INITIATED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORDER SHIP DATE. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING SUCH AS SHOEBOXES AND DUST BAG.

WE OFFER FREE RETURN SHIPPING FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN THE US (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HAWAII AND ALASKA). RETURN SHIPPING FROM OUTSIDE THE US MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER. 

TO RETURN & EXCHANGE:

1. SEND US AN EMAIL AT INFORMATION@ARTEFACT.NYC AND WE WILL SEND YOU A PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WITHIN 48 HOURS.

2. SHIP THE SHOES BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WE'LL SEND YOU A NEW PAIR OR A FULL REFUND.

 

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR RETURN WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IN THE FORM OF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT WHERE THE SAME CREDIT CARD USED FOR PURCHASE WILL BE CREDITED WITH A REFUND. WHILE WE PROCESS RETURNS WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DAYS WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM, CARD REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR BANK TO COMPLETE, DEPENDING ON THEIR PROCESSING TIME.

WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER) , APPLE PAY AND PAYPAL.

 

CAN MULTIPLE ORDERS BE COMBINED?

DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS WE CANNOT COMBINE ORDERS. PLEASE BE SURE TO PLACE ALL DESIRED ITEMS IN THE CART BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

 

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

ALL PACKAGES ARE PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE. PURCHASES SHIPPING TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING. ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDER WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES. TRACKING WILL BE SHARED UPON PACKAGE PICKUP. 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS THE ACTUAL FEE OF SHIPPING. WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM RECEIPT.
